kuesioner, maka perhitungan butir pernyataan No. 1 variabel kinerja karyawan ( Y )

Jawab :
Dengan demikian karena rhitung lebih besar dari pada rtabel
yakni (0,590
> 0,25) sehingga disimpulkan bahwa butir pernyataan pada instrumen no.1 variabel
kinerja karyawan (Y) dapat dikatakan valid (dapat dipenuhi sebagai instrumen
penelitian). Dan perhitungan butir selanjutnya dapat dihitung dengan cara yang
sama.

Dari
tabel rangkuman hasil perhitungan validitas instrumen pada variabel kinerja
karyawan(Y) diatas dapat dilihat pada 12 butir pernyataan yang dijadikan sebagai
instrumen pada variabel kinerja karyawan (Y) dapat dikatakan valid karenanilai
rhitung dari masing-masing pertanyaan lebih besar dari pada nilai rtabel
dengantingkat alfa ( taraf kesalahan ) = 5%. nilai rtabel sebesar
0,25.
