Function of Human Resource Management

developing, compensating, integrating, maintaining, disciplining, and
dismissing.

efficiently to fit the needs of the company in helping to realize the goal.
2. Organizing
Organizing is an
activity to organize all employees by determining the division of labor, work
relations, delegation of authority, integration, and coordination in the
organizational chart.
3. Direction
Direction is the
activity of directing all employees, to be willing to work together and work
efficiently and efficiently in achieving the goals of the company, employees,
and society.
4. Control
Control is the activity
of controlling all employees, in order to comply with company regulations and
work according to plan.
5. Procurement
Procurement is the
